Shipping policy

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. and select international destinations (check availability at checkout). Shipping to international locations: we will purchase an international shipping label and apply the appropriate customs forms. Customer is responsible for any added fees charged by the carriers upon delivery for fees - we have no insight in this. 

How long does shipping take?
- Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. 
- International times vary.

Do you accept returns?
We believe in a 100% satisfaction guarantee! We think you'll love your camera, but if you have any issues with your camera email us at hello@lensycam.com and we will make it right! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
